These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Rainbow Oasis (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the Loop app. By creating an account or using Loop, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Loop.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Loop. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
Loop lets you record short video answers to daily prompts and share them with a small circle of friends you add. Features, prompts, and limits (such as the friend cap) may change over time.
You own the videos and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and deliver Your Content solely to operate Loop — for example, to send it to the friends you choose and to show it back to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content or behavior on Loop. By using Loop you agree that you will not post or send such content, and that you will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Loop provides tools to report content and block users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may act on content and accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, use the in-app report and block tools, or contact us at 292.zhuang@gmail.com. We may remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are required to remove.
Your use of Loop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
Loop is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainbow Oasis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or content, arising from your use of Loop.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Loop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If you download Loop from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Rainbow Oasis only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
